For Haze Land AB, privacy is important. We are aiming for a high level of data protection. In this policy, we explain how we collect and use personal data. We also describe your rights and how you can assert them.

WHAT IS A PERSONAL DATA AND WHAT IS A PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA?

WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU AND WHY?

We mainly process your name, Social Security number, address and contact details, bank account for payroll and information you have given about next of kin.

We process your personal data in order to fulfil our obligations under our employment contract with you and to comply with rules of law and collective agreements.

PERSONAL DATA ASSISTANTS

In some situations, it is necessary for us to hire other parties. For example, various IT providers for HR systems or electronic driving records. They're then personal data assistants to us. We check personal data assistants to ensure that they ensure the safety and confidentiality of personal data. When personal data assistants are hired, it only takes place for the purposes that are consistent with the purposes we ourselves have for the treatment. 

ACTORS WHO ARE INDEPENDENT PERSONS RESPONSIBLE

We also share your personal data with certain other actors who are independently persons responsible, such as authorities such as the Swedish Tax Agency, when we are required to disclose such information under law or government decisions. When your personal data is shared with an actor who is independently responsible for personal data, that organization's privacy policy and personal data management applies.

We never save your personal data longer than is necessary for each purpose. Some data in the accounts, for example, need to be saved at least seven years.
